Issues with add-ons
I have downloaded numerous the sim4 expansion packs, they show in purchases and downloads but not giving me the option to install or load into the game. It is giving me the option to purchase again. Please help!

Hi there QueenSparkles217
First, please try these steps:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
If you're still being prompted to purchase these packs, be sure to look over the transaction history on your PS account to verify that you're logging in with the same account you had originally made these purchases on.
