Heya Crumpet2304 

Did you preorder your packs directly through the PlayStation store on your console?

Let's try the following to be sure all your content is fully installed:

  • Restore the licenses on your console 
  • Go to your Game Library 
  • Scroll to Your Collection
  • Select The Sims 4
  • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
  • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
  • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    I’ve checked under my add-ons, they’re not there at all. I have the pre-order stuff from horse ranch, so that’s how I know I’m actually missing the files.

      Crumpet2304 Thanks, in that case you'll want to get in contact with PlayStation support directly so they can review your purchase and account details to see why this is missing for you.
