Can’t access the gallery/no gallery options in settings menu

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but on Xbox I’m currently not able to access the gallery and the usual settings for the gallery that are in the settings menu don’t show up either. I’m...

    Hi all,

    From the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and select the Link EA Account button. From here, you'll be prompted to accept the updated terms and conditions. Once this is accepted, you should be able to access the Gallery normally again. 

    If you're still having accessing the Gallery once you've tried this, please let me know!

Im also having this problem. Ive tried everything. It just shows our own library tab and nothing else. The game wont go online. So frustrating.

From the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and be sure the Online Social Features Access box is checked. You'll also want to be sure your gamertag is linked with your EA account here.

    There are no online options in the game options anywhere, or in the other section in game options. How do i check my gamertag is linked?

    Yeah, I checked the settings like a million times. That option isn’t even in there. All of the settings that are for the gallery are completely gone.
