can’t connect to gallery on PS4
i have tried for weeks to access gallery on ps4, my internet is working because i’m able to load other things outside of sims, i’ve went into game options and tried to link my EA account and restart ...
Let's try the following steps as well:
Make sure your game is up to date.
- Go to the PlayStation home screen.
- Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
- Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
- Restart the Console completely.
Make sure your Console system software is up to date.
- Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
- Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
- Reboot your PlayStation 4.
Check that your game has online features enabled.
- Press the Options/Menu Button on the controller to bring up the menu.
- Scroll down to Game Options and select it.
- Select Other at the bottom on the left
- On the right side select "Online Features Access"
- Click Apply
