Can’t find download

Hi Sims family I recently downloaded an expansion pack. It downloaded I restarted my PlayStation it said everything was good. But it says the world is locked but EA took my purchase. What to do? Plea...

Hi you can check if it's actually been downloaded and installed by pressing options on the sims 4 game on the dashboard and going down to add ons, it'll take you to your list of dlc and it should say installed, if it doesn't you can start the download/install from there 🙂

Yes I am on my profile, now how do I do that with the license? I’m sorry I’ve never had this happen to me before so I’m new to all this technological issues. I know if I go where I can see all my packs it gives me the option to download, but when I click on it it says something is wrong. But inside the game it says I have the pack but the world is still locked

To restore licenses on a PS4, go to into Settings, then Users and Accounts, then Other, then Restore Licenses and select Restore. If you are in the home screen or game library, you can go to a specific game, press the Options button, and select Restore License.
