Can’t play sims legacy

I pre ordered the new legacy bundle that came out today. I’ve installed it but it’s saying it’s unable to play on my sims and the pack is not coming up when i load a new game. I’ve checked for update...

I'm having that problem. It's 6:19pm est USA time, Feb 12. I also pre-ordered. I went into my game and it says you own this game. The icon is faded out and when I try to open it, it says game not installed.
