Can’t Exit Manage Households
I’m playing on Xbox Series X console with no mods and it’s base game only. This just started happening as of 10:00 pm central time 9/10/2022 and was not an issues earlier in the day at 3:00 pm. When I go to Manage Households or I’m taken there after editing a a household I can’t leave the window. Normally you just press B and it would close Manage Households but it has stopped working and the window remains open, and there seems to be no other way to physically close the window aka no button to backout. The only way to get out is to exit to main menu or close the game. EA please fix this soon and bring back buttons, not everyone plays on pc.

Let's try the following steps to help clear this up:
- Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings.
- Select Network Settings.
- Select Advanced Settings.
- Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.
- Select Clear.
- Allow the console to restart when prompted.
Check for any firmware updates on your controller following the steps here.
If these steps don't help, please test a different controller as well and let me know how that works for you.
