Can’t find download

Yes it’s installed… it’s still not popping up 😭

There is an open bug report for purchased and installed worlds showing as locked in the world selection screen but I can't find it to put the link here for you 😖 I'll keep looking 🙂

Quick question while I'm still looking (I know I saw it on here!) 🙄 have you tried restoring your licenses? Sometimes that can help. You can do this in the PlayStation system settings or per game via the options button, it should be in the list where you checked the install of your packs. Also are you on the profile you purchased the packs on? (I lost my tiny living pack cause I was game sharing with my hubby and it was brought on his profile) sorry if these are silly questions, I'm just exploring all possibilities 😁

Yes I am on my profile, now how do I do that with the license? I’m sorry I’ve never had this happen to me before so I’m new to all this technological issues. I know if I go where I can see all my packs it gives me the option to download, but when I click on it it says something is wrong. But inside the game it says I have the pack but the world is still locked 

To restore licenses on a PS4, go to into Settings, then Users and Accounts, then Other, then Restore Licenses and select Restore. If you are in the home screen or game library, you can go to a specific game, press the Options button, and select Restore License.

To restore licenses on a PS5, go to Settings, then Users and Accounts, then Other, then Restore Licenses and select OK. Alternatively, you can restore a license for a single game by navigating to the game, pressing the Options button, and selecting "Restore License"
