Can’t travel or move to Strangerville

I’m playing Sims 4 on my ps4 and I just got the Strangerville game pack but I can’t seem to travel or move there. When I go into the world there is no option to travel to any specific lot. I can’t find any information online. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
