Error Code 13- Opening Small Business

Was this a small business lot you had downloaded from the Gallery, or one you built yourself from scratch? 

Hi , It's from both. After I register a new small business and try to save my game, the error code pops up.

Thanks, have you tested this on a different lot, and a new save file as well?

I tried both a new save file and an old one I hadn’t touched in months, and the problem seems to have resolved itself.

Not solved I’m getting the same error and I’m on console no mods 

i play on console (PS5) and i continue to get Error Code 13 saving errors which has led to me losing hours and hours of gameplay. I have no mods, no CC, and this started happening shortly after I purchased and installed Enchanted By Nature. My sim is a resident in a Residential-Rental lot I built in the Sprucederry Grove neighborhood of Innisgreen world, and has a Small Business on a seperate lot in a separate world (Glimmerbrook/Realm of Magic). This is affecting my legacy save which presently has 1829 hours of gameplay.  Please please please fix this error! 

This is still happening for me. It did NOT happen with the tattoo shop I placed 2 days ago but every time I try to do a "daycare" I get the error. Error code 13 ONLY happens once I attach a small business to the a lot.

Also important to note: I do NOT have the Enchanted By Nature pack at all.

PLEASE fix this!!

Are you trying to download a daycare from the Gallery, or is this a lot you built yourself? 

I just got this error code 13 after opening a daycare, and it was one I built entirely myself. I had just uploaded it to gallery servers, after testing it, and then attempted to save my game, and it gave me error code 13, and refused to save, I am currently in the process of debugging the game after load.

Edit: OK it looks like the save reverted to a state before I made the lot a daycare...Let me retrace my steps:

1. I already had an existing small business which was named "Liz's Club", because it was a small business retail I redefined it's rules and purchased a new empty lot in Willow Creek that was step 1
2. I proceeded to travel to the lot and edit it for usage as a daycare, that was step 2
3. After editing it without uploading it to gallery I used it to play a workshift for testing. I played the remainder of the ingame day on that lot.
4. Having been satisified that the build was viable, I decided to share it to gallery which was something I didn't know if it would work since it's not the 13th of Jan (Laundry List Patch Day) yet.
5. Having SUCCESSFULLY uploaded the lot I proceeded to prepare to shutdown my game by making a hard save like I always do and received "Game Failed to Save: Error Code 13"
6. I tried again atleast 2 times to save manually both returned the same error code.
7. I finally gave up and save and quit even knowing the save wasn't made, and went on the internet to search error code 13 sims 4.
8. Google came up with this forum post and I checked it and sure enough it's what happened to me.
9. At the same time I was originally posting this I was reloading the game which was in the boot sequence in the background
10. When I finished posting and returned to the game it was at a state before step 1, and I came back to post this update.

Also for the record, this is on PC not Playstation, and I have almost all the packs (including Enchanted By Nature, and Businesses and Hobbies, as well as Adventure Awaits.)

Also I can assure you no CC or Mods have ever touched this hard drive's install of the Sims 4, because the last time I used such was on a different PC, Under a different install, with a different save. I also haven't downloaded gallery content in ages.
