Can not Connect Online on Sims 4

Hi all. Everytime i try to connect to the gallery i get the "Could Not Connect" message. My game is updated, my console has connection, and every other online game works fine. Im not sure what to do. Please help me resolve this issue!

    @BittyBop7 

    Thanks for the info! We'll want to try the following steps:

    • Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox 
    • Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) 
    • Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox

    Clear your MAC Address with these steps:

    • Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings.
    • Select Network Settings.
    • Select Advanced Settings.
    • Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.
    • Select Clear.
    • Allow the console to restart when prompted.

    Please also be sure you have an active Xbox Live membership.

    Clear MAC address under advanced network settings, your console should restart and the game should work from there.

    Go to your settings, then network settings, then advanced settings. From there you'll see mac address, clear it and it will automatically restart the console. Log back in as usual and you should be good from there.

    @BittyBop7 I'm at my wit's end with it now, I've tried absolutely everything and it still says no internet...can't even make the most of the game!
