Can only save through Manage Worlds

For the past few months I haven't been able to save during play (Menu->Save) but the game would save if I exit to Main Menu then Save. More recently, that option is no longer available and I have to ...

I receive Error Code 0 when trying to save in-game. When exiting to the main menu and saving I don’t but it still doesn’t save. Now it seems when I try saving by going to Manage Worlds it sometimes saves but I receive no message.

      How many save files are you currently playing with, and how old are they?

        I have one save file that is three months old
