Can somebody please help me?

I’ll try to explain it the best I can. 

When I downloaded sims4 on my ps5, I created an EA account using my email. It then linked to my dads ps5 account. Therefore, I haven’t been able to get access to the gallery.

I have tried numerous times to login to my EA account using the same email as the one I used to sign in on my ps5, but it’s not the same account? It doesn’t say I have sims4 downloaded nor that the account is linked to any ps5 accounts. I could really use some help with this.
