Can you transfer from The Sims FreePlay to Xbox One?

Hey, I’ve spent a lot of time on the Sims Freeplay, got a lot of simoleons and lp, and I was thinking of getting the Sims 4 for Xbox One. Since it is a different version of the game, I was wondering if I would still be able to transfer my money and sims from Sims Freeplay to Sims 4 on Xbox? Please let me know, thanks!
