Unable to save after building

I recently bulldozed a lot and in the process of rebuilding. It let's me save the first time, then after that it may stop me from saving the 2nd/3rd time and freezes on the save screen. I seen a work around online to save it to the library instead, this worked but when I went to save it normally it still failed to do so. The amount of times I've re-done this lot is unthinkable and its so frustrating 😤 

I play on PS5, I've recently downloaded business and hobbies and spa day, and never had this issue before doing so.
