Cannot assign bed to butler - PS4

PS4 -  I cannot assign a bed to my butler.  I can bring up the dialogue when I click on the bed, but it does not allow me to select the butler, or confirm. 

This is definitely a bug. Please fix, or offer advice.

 I recorded the bug in action.  This is my first DLC, the vintage pack.

    I also noted that the style influencer career is not available to me. As I have read, this is an addition to the base game. How do I update the game on the PS4?
