Cannot delete this object

So I placed a room on a new lot that I saved from another one of my lots. I was able to use the sledgehammer to delete the room itself but I had to highlight all the objects and do it that way. I couldn’t click the room and delete it because this one object that won’t delete, a fabricator. So I got rid of the whole room and all objects in it and tried to delete it again and it won’t work. A sledgehammer won’t delete it, I can’t click it and delete it, I can’t build a room around it nothing. It’s also hovering off the ground because the foundation of the room it was in was risen, so I don’t know what’s going on but I can’t delete it. I tried attaching a video to show what I’m seeing but it keeps saying something about a file extension and won’t work but basically it just says “can’t delete object”
