do you remember any of the numbers of the error code ? Usually error codes/endless loading are save related so not sure why it would show these symptoms on a new save. Did you close down game completely before trying a new save ?
Hicrinrict , I just saw something about relaunching, I don’t remember if it came with a code, I’ve not seen it before and I have been having different households travel to this playground lot quite a few times over the weeks. Yes, I did close down the game and decided to create a new save file but got the same issue that I was not able to load into any households.
