Cannot swtich between single wall panel or window to full room on console

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? n/a
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On console, go into build mode and build a room. The select to add window or wallpaper or flooring and apply it to the room. Try to toggle between a single tile/wall/window or the entire room using the control buttons (LB & RB) - it does not work.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot switch between single vs entire room using controller
What do you expect to see? Able to use LB/RB to switch between entire room and single in build mode for wallpaper, floor, and windows.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Update for console controllers broke toggle between applying window or wallpaper or floor tile for entire room or for single tile.

Controller updates have been terrible - they were not broken before and in a misguided attempt to make unnecessary improvements it all seems broken.  Give simmers the option to use the original control mappings or switch to the new ones.  Or just revert back to how it was before this failed attempt at changing the button mappings for console controllers.
