cant access gallery on Sims 4 xbox
So I have not had a gallery since I got the game which was 3 years ago. Maybe for the first week I did. I think it might be because I don't have an EA Play membership on xbox yet so it won't let me. I have tried going into my settings and trying to look it up but nothings working, all I have is my library. Please send any solutions!

Let's first check a few things that might be blocking your access to the Gallery:
1. Please verify that you have your Xbox gamertag properly linked up to your EA account
2. Check if your EA or Xbox account is set as an underage account - Due to the online restrictions for these accounts, underage accounts would not have access to the Gallery
3. Be sure that your game has online features enabled:
- Press the Options/Menu Button on the controller to bring up the menu.
- Scroll down to Game Options and select it.
- Select Other at the bottom on the left
- On the right side select "Online Features Access"
- Click Apply
If you're still not able to access the Gallery once you've checked these things, please let me know!
