Can't access the content I purchased

I’m no longer able to access the content I purchased (City Living).

  • On the world selection screen, I can’t select the world, but it shows “You already own this pack.”
  • When I try to re-download the pack, I get an error (Error code: CE-109367-6).
  • I can’t access any of the pack’s items or features.
  • I’ve tried most of the suggested fixes, but none have worked.
  • Reinstalling the game and rebuilding the PS5 database didn’t solve the issue either.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

    Thanks for those details, if those steps haven't helped, I'd recommend you get in contact with PlayStation support so they can check your account and billing details for this pack and see what's going on.

    Hi oomune​ 

    First let's try the following:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims


    If you're still seeing an error code once you've tried this, please let me know.

    Hi, thank yoy for your reply.

    I’ve already tried restoring the licenses, but the issue remains unresolved.

    When I check the game’s list of DLC, the other purchased content shows as “Installed,” but this particular content displays a price, as if I haven’t purchased it.

    However, when I select the world for that content from the in-game world selection screen, it says “You already own this pack.”

    When I tried to reinstall it from the purchased content list, I got an error message: “CE-109367-6.”
