Can't claim rewards in live mode for the current event

Just like the title says for some reason I can't claim rewards for the current event while in live mode and I have no idea why. While I can claim them on the main menu page certain rewards like satisfaction point can only be claimed in live mode. Everytime I try to claim them in live mode, I click on the Claim Rewards option but it doesn't take me to the event page. It doesn't do anything at all. It's annoying and preventing me from getting all the rewards. I play on ps4.
