Can't claim rewards in live mode for the current event

I'm having the same issue on PS5! I can't claim anything in game it's so annoying! I also literally can't get to the claim all button ever no matter what I do so I have to try to claim them individually. But I can't seem to do that either! I'm going to be so annoyed if a bug of some kind makes it so I don't get my rewards
