Can't connect to gallery on PS4

Hi, I am having some issues with connecting to the gallery since the latest update. I am playing on PS4. Last night and all of yesterday, I could connect no problem and place lots/see everything on the gallery without any issues. I opened the game today and I cannot connect to the gallery at all. When I try, it asks me do I want to "stay offline" or connect to the internet. I click "connect" and then get a never ending loading box telling me that the game is "attempting to connect", but never does. My PS4 itself is connected to the internet and it works on other games, just not Sims 4. I also have the box checked for "Online Features Access" in Options. 

Please help!

    @1eg0Man You can ask on the twitter directly. The twitter accounts are linked in the FAQ post. I do not have that information.

    Make sure you have restarted your console.

    The Gallery is not showing up on ps4 at all. I clicked Link EA account in options then my game crashed and went to a black screen and turned my game off.

    I have been trying to connect to the gallery for over 2 hours now. I've restarted my console & I've cleared my PS4 cache. Nothing is working. Gallery on my PC works fine.

    I've restarted my console. I have turned my console off completely then restarted it. The Gallery no longer exists. My game only has the option to open the Library not the Gallery. I still have no online access in the Sims 4 on my PS4 but can access the gallery just fine on my PC.

    This linked FAQ also has an option that literally does not exist as part of what to do.


    "Select     Game Options > Other > Online Features Access must be checked" There is no such thing as 'online features access' in this menu. And I can find nothing that would be a comparable option either.

    I tweeted at the EA Help twitter account. Images of the Gallery no longer existing & this check box also no longer existing there.

    I’ve had this happen before.. check to make sure your EA/Origin account is still linked. Go into game options/ other and see if there’s an option to link your Origin account. If so click that and restart your game. Hopefully it will work for you.. also I was told that EA/Origin are having issues with their servers for a couple days now so that probably has something to do with it.

    Hi everyone,

    There was an issue yesterday around the time of your posts, and the Gallery amongst other EA services were affected.

    Good news is that you should be able to connect as normal now - if that's not the case, please, check if there's a yellow banner on the top of this site with information. Nothing?
