Cant link xbox account with ea account due to lifetime link
I've been playing Sims for awhile now and I've come to notice that I had 2 accounts when I thought I only had one due to xbox game pass. I owned Sims 4 before It even came out on game pass but due to the lifetime link situation I can't link my Xbox account to my ea account because an old Xbox account I used was linked to it awhile ago already it's frustrating because If I logged in accidently through Xbox it would open up ea play through that way causing me to lose all the pack I already have, but if I log in through ea it causes me not to have the saves or the 1 pack you get for free due to game pass I want this fixed but I can't fix it by just throwing away the money I just spent to have what I have in this game

If you have an older gamertag linked up to your EA account and you're not able to remove this manually and get the new one linked, you'll want to get in contact with the live support team so they can review your account details and be sure all your accounts are properly linked together- this isn't something we can look into on the forums with you since we wouldn't have access to your specific account information. Please reach out to live support by submitting a help request here so they can look into this further with you.
The 'game specific identity' that you're seeing listed on your account is for TheSims3.com and The Sims 3 exchange- this identity does not appear as your Gallery ID in The Sims 4. Your Gallery ID in The Sims 4 would be whatever Xbox gamertag you're currently playing with. If you have a second gamertag tied to your EA account that you're seeing when you login on the Gallery, we would need to get that older gamertag removed from your EA account. You can unlink this older gamertag by following the steps in the article here.
