Cats and Dogs missing from my game

Several Years ago I purchased the sims 4 from game stop and it was a combination pack. So I got the base game and the cats and dogs was included. It is now saying I never owned the cats and dogs expansion pack even though I do. It says I have to pay for it again. I have tried every piece of advice I have read about and would like solutions. Thank you!

    @EdwinT243 

    Thanks for that additional info! As Cats & Dogs is now bundled with My First Pets Stuff, you'd need that stuff pack as well to access the full bundle and Cats & Dogs. Please see the pinned post at the top of the forums here for more information on this bundle. 

    If you'd rather not have the full bundle, you can contact PlayStation support to check your refund eligibility for Cats & Dogs.

    We just got PS5 and I moved my game there. I can't move cats and dogs as they are available only in bundle! I can't play my games as I don't want to lose my pets!

    Which console are you playing on, and do you own a digital version, or disk version of this bundle?

    When you moved over to your PS5, did you login to your new console with the same PSN account that you had originally purchased your bundle on?

    Yes, I did. I was able to download City, Island, Seasons packs etc from PS store, but Cats and dogs was only available in bundles and as I don't have other items in the bundle, I couldn't get it.

    I purchased the sims when it was available with the pets pack in a bundle. I had to get a new PlayStation system and when I logged in and decided to play the sims I didn’t have the pets pack anymore. When I went onto the PlayStation store I saw that the pets pack is now in a bundle with the my first pets pack but then I would have to purchase it again. How can I get the pets pack that I already purchased with the game back?

    I play the Sims 4 on Xbox, and I have it on a disc. The disc I have is had the Cats and Dogs pack on it, but now it’s completely gone. I’ve tried removing it and adding it back into my game, but it’s still not on there. The only option I have for now is to buy it again, but I’d

    like some help to be able to redownload it. Please help!
