Cats and dogs not working (xboxone)

I bought the xbox one cats and dogs pack is not working. I have bought it and installed it fully i don't have EA acess if that is the problem but i wasted my money on something that doesn't work. I still really want to play it though. Please help? User oofafloof

    @Oofafloof  Are there any troubleshooting steps you have already tried? Like powering down your console completely (not rest mode)? Press and hold the XBox button on the console until it shuts down. Wait 10 seconds and then power the console back on. Hopefully this fixes things and the Cats and Dogs EP will appear properly in your game.

    Right as you sent this my popup for the cats and dogs pavk came up and it is working thank you this actually did helo because it has been hours and before i did 5 seconds and turned it back on

    Hi! I Know you said that a very long time ago and you probably won't answer mine, but I'm having the exact same problem as them. I bought the Cats & Dogs Expansion Pack just now and I was so excited as this was my first ever pack that I have been wanting for a couple months now, so I made a New Save. I was a bit confused that the New Traits for Animals I heard about wern't showing up, but I decided to ignore it. THEN, when I went to edit my Sim, there were no Animal clothing which really worried me, but again I ignored it. I then pressed 'finish sim' or whatever and it asked me to pick a world, and the Cats and Dogs one wasn't there! So I checked the pack and it said ' Not Owned ' so I went to the gallery and checked and it said ' Owned ' I don't understand! I'm so scared I wasted so much money, PLEASE help me ☹️
