City living won’t work ps5

It keeps telling me to download this game to use it. I’ve uninstalled sims 4 and reinstalled and it still says that I have to download city living to use. I tried to repurchase it and it says I already own this pack but when I start to play the game it says that I do not own this content . I play on a PS5 . Please help

    Hey all, 

    If you're playing The Sims 4 on PlayStation and were previously accessing City Living through PlayStation Plus, this is expected. 

    The City Living DLC was removed from PlayStation Plus and replaced by Island Living.

    If you don't own City Living, you'll need to purchase it if you wish to continue playing with that content.

    Hi @Cherpaw , did you purchase the game fully or did you use the PlayStation + Extra subscription to play this DLC? City Living was included in the subscription until recently, it has been replaced with Island Living.

    I still have no fix for this. When I try to redownload this pack. I get an error message. I bought it several months . I’d even be willing to repurchase it but when I try it says I already own this pack. Can anyone help me please ?

    Where did you buy the Pack? In the PlayStation Store, or directly in the game?
    Go to the game, press the Option Button from the Controller. Then go to Mange game content; what does the City Living Pack say? Does it say installed there?

    I bought it through the game and yes it says it’s installed

    Ok, shut down the PS5 (not sleep mode). Disconnect the PS5 from the power and Internet. Wait five minutes. Reconnect the console to power and Internet. Start the PS5 and then the game.

    I had bought city living a few months ago, I downloaded it and it worked perfectly fine for a few weeks when I logged in a couple of days ago, it is now gone, I have PlayStation so I went to the PlayStation store to see if I can re download it and it s making me charge more. Now in the game it says, “I already own this pack” is there a way to solve this?

    @BobapearlsXX Hi, there's been many many issues with City living of late, there's a recent post on the console forum called "City living won't work Ps5" that might help you with your problem (sorry I don't know how to post the thread link here) lots of people are reporting the issue you have.
    The bug report forum is also a good place to look 🙂

    I’ve purchased a sims 4 pack on my ps4 with ps plus but now I have a PS5 & now it’s telling me I haven’t bought it in library yet it says I own it in game?

    I can’t use the add-on at all but it does say I own it IN the game

    What kind of Pack did you purchase with PS Plus?
    City Living or/ Island Living? These are only aviable for a limited time.
