Community Gallery/Gallery Profile Tabs missing, only see my Library

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I click on the gallery tab, I only have my library. The tabs for the community/maxis gallery, my gallery profile tab, are missing. One week ago it was fine. I went away, and came back tonight and it is gone. I rebooted my console and it did not solve the problem. The current status for the Gallery says "online" so it does not appear to be down for maintenance. I'm not sure what has happened.
What do you expect to see? The multiple gallery tabs for the community gallery, my gallery profile with uploaded items, and my library tab, etc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I have read elsewhere that gallery may be missing if using a legacy version of the game (I am not) or if not an adult (I am an adult). Not sure what other reasons there could be if the gallery is online for everyone else?
