Console - Sims 4 Horse ranch won’t install

@EA_Solaire i still cant install it im on xbox series x it says its 10.1mb and it doesnt show the pack name just ep 14

    Hey all,

    Please try a full power cycle on your console, and then check under your Manage Add-Ons section for 'EP 14' following these steps:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    If you're still not able to install Horse Ranch after trying these steps, be sure to let me know!

I pre-ordered the digital content and expansion pack together, but it's still telling me I have to buy the expansion. It was just in my manage list before I did a full reset on my Xbox but now the only thing showing up is the digital content. The expansion isn't even on my list anymore. It still says I have to buy it, when I've already purchased it, I'm not sure what to do but I'm extremely upset if I wasted my money....
