Console Gallery fix

Launched Sims 4 on PS5 and all my download and saved content in my gallery are gone (lots, sims, rooms) everything. I tried to restore license and now it says all my packs are uninstalled when they are clearly installed.

Did you see an error that your library was corrupt?
For your packs, please follow these steps to be sure all your content is fully installed:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
