console gallery trouble

I’m having a bit of trouble with the gallery on console. I’ve connected my EA account to my PSN and when i go to my account it says they’re connected but the gallery doesn’t show up :/ It just shows ...

Ok so I just talked to EA help. they say...

1) restart your ps4

2) do any necessary updates 

3) log back into the game and see if you are still having issues

if you are still having problems then i suggest you contact ea help.

Have you had any issues accessing online gallery or uploading to online gallery?

For me the upload cloud is missing, and I'm unable to upload, only save to "my gallery".
