Constantly getting error code 0 and save files deleting

I play on xbox I am constantly and consistently getting error code 0 when I try to save so much so that I am afraid to open any of my other save files so they won't get corrupted and deleted.  At f...

@EA_Solaire I don’t have many save files and barely anything saved to the gallery so your steps don’t work for me unless you want me to delete like the 5 builds I have on my gallery and my 2 save files and start over from scratch I think it’s ridiculous I spent so much money on this game and I can’t even play it plus there isn’t a whole lot in my sims inventory

    @EA_Solaire Not overly I lost my oldest file the one I played in the most the other ones were pretty fresh the oldest save I have now is maybe a year old I don’t get to play the game much because I work a lot and only recently getting back into the game in the past year or so I mean if I have to I guess ill delete it all and start over
