Hello, I use free placing (L2) but objects still snap when on surfaces like counters, tables ect.

Tried to move the object in free air to move the counter back, but it won’t let me place objects in free air. Pls help. I would like to clutter better,

PS, is there any way to get the red shelf? Aka omsp shelf?
