Cottage Living issue on PS4
I am playing Sims 4 on a PS4. I purchased the Cottage Living expansion pack and have been playing it for several months. The last time I opened my saved game I received an error message that said: "Game Data Incomplete: Not all game data be loaded. The save game references neighborhoods that been uninstalled or otherwise are no longer available. If you continue playing, you will encounter missing data and may have unexpected results. If you save the game, there will be no way to recover the missing data."
When I then scroll down to Henford-on-Bagley, it shows up as locked. When I click "see details" it opens to the information on the world and an orange button says "You already own this pack." When I then click on that button it takes me to the PlayStation store where it shoes that the Cottage Living pack is installed.
Has anyone else had this issue or does anyone have any ideas on how to solve it?

It sounds like Cottage Living isn't currently installed on your PS4. We can check for that by following these steps:
- Quit the game if you have it running.
- Go to your Library
- Choose Purchased
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Playstation Store and open My Add ons
- Find your DLC in the list and start the download
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
