Crashing and more!

My game crashes when I try to save and/or travel. This has been happening very frequently! I never save an exit, I always do them separately.

I am having issues with my garden, my plants just disappear and some will not show what plant they are or allow you to do anything with it except talk to it. I was in build mode and moved a planter and it completely disappeared! I tried the undo button and it undid the previous actions and my planter boxes have still not appeared and I cannot Place anything where they were it says I'm intersecting objects.

I am experiencing issues with nannies. I have six currently and they sit around watching TV and not taking care of the babies.

I have to keep resetting my Sims because they will not follow out any actions.

My pictures have turned black since the new update. If I put them back in my inventory I can see them but they turn black on the wall.

Sims 4 is the only game installed on my Xbox One and I still have over 200 GB of space. I do not believe that it has anything to do with my console.

    As this report contains multiple bugs and we may already have active dedicated bug report threads opened for them here "Compiled list of reported issues" this thread has been closed.

    If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing in the link above, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug after testing if the issues persist after removing any mods/cc. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant information regarding the specific bug.
