DLC Packs Disappeared
I bought two expansion packs that weren’t on seperate discs and they disappeared after 1 week of having them and I didn’t get my money back what happened?

I went onto the game 1 week after I had bought two expansion packs within the game and they had disappeared both cars and dogs and go to work they didn’t work and I didn’t have the packs anymore. Why is this? How can I get them back?
