DLC Packs Disappeared

I bought two expansion packs that weren’t on seperate discs and they disappeared after 1 week of having them and I didn’t get my money back what happened? Edit by PoptartJuniper: Split thread off ...

@Fifidaboss2008 A few things will cause DLC packs to disappear:

  1. Being offline without your console set as home/primary.
  2. The purchasing account is no longer on the console or the console is no longer the purchasing accounts home/primary console.
  3. A payment issue.
