DLC Sales not showing on Console
On Xbox, and to my knowledge PlayStation as well, there has been no other day for the March 2024 Spring Sale. Many Console players have only seen the deals pop up the very first day then disappear the following day. The deals still remain on every other platform and in shops like Steam and EA. Is this a glitch and will it be fixed?
@SSV5870 hi there, when the sales are available it can sometimes differ between platforms and retailers. But with every sale that starts it will display an end date on each item if you click on a pack, go to the store and view the purchase info you can see when the sale ends. I personally haven't seen a sale end after a day on console but sometimes it's for a few days and not always at the same time as other sales. There is always a sale window so I'd just check the date to see how much time you have to participate.
I'd check that your game is connected to the internet and that your EA account is also connected to always see up to date information. If you see a sale, check it's end date and if you notice the sale isn't active the next day when it's still within the timeframe let us know.
