DLC Sales not showing on Console

    @SSV5870 hi there, when the sales are available it can sometimes differ between platforms and retailers. But with every sale that starts it will display an end date on each item if you click on a pack, go to the store and view the purchase info you can see when the sale ends. I personally haven't seen a sale end after a day on console but sometimes it's for a few days and not always at the same time as other sales. There is always a sale window so I'd just check the date to see how much time you have to participate.

    I'd check that your game is connected to the internet and that your EA account is also connected to always see up to date information. If you see a sale, check it's end date and if you notice the sale isn't active the next day when it's still within the timeframe let us know.

Does this mean the EA 2024 spring sale is not available on PS5? Nothing online indicated that it was strictly for PC.

    @Shadowdeb the best place to look for console sales is on the Sims 4 homepage on your console. Sales can vary by platform. But your console will tell you when the PlayStation store is having a sale and if you see a sale advertised it's best to check the end date that way too. They aren't always at the same time or for the same duration for all platforms unfortunately. But luckily they are quite frequent.
