Empty Chez Llama

I just installed Dine Out, and the notification for Chez Llama's placement appeared. I placed it on a slightly bigger lot than 30x20, but after I looked at it, the inside of the restaurant was completely empty. There were walls, windows etc. but there were no kitchen items, tables and no employees. I restarted the game, reloaded my last save but it didn't work. How do I fix this?
