Re: Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

Just re-downloaded the Sims4 for this pack specifically. But when I try and play it now, all I get is a white screen that will last for 20 minutes. The game will not launch. I tried to repair add-ons and it will not repair the enchanted by nature pack. It says I do not own it, but I have bought it. What do I do now?
