Error: 0 when saving

Can’t save my games it gives me an error code saying game failed to save. 

I have been getting this too! And it keeps deleting my households and making me start over. It’s getting to the point I don’t even wanna play anymore! 

I’m on Xbox as well!

i know me too it’s so frustrating! I keep being told it’s a storage issue but my game says there’s plenty of storage left. I don’t know if it’s the same for you but deleting lots and households does give a temporary fix but then it does it again a couple weeks later. Think it might just be an Xbox glitch :(

I can’t even load into anything to try that! I tried playing again last night and now my Home Screen gives me the options to resume game, load game, or start a new one. But the household I last played isn’t showing up. If I go into load game it shows the household, however when I load into it, it brings me to the screen where I choose which season I want to play in. I click a season and then it says “moving household” but with $0. So I can’t choose anything. And the free real estate cheat won’t work and neither do the money cheats. It’s so annoying. I just want to play. Sims is deteriorating…

Yes I noticed my last household wouldn’t come up either. I honestly just stopped playing it. This bug was the last straw. I saw where they came out with another expansion pack so I came on here. I will not be buying another dlc. Because that is what is causing the issue the game. The more we add the more space it uses on the game. So no more buying packs for me. The other life simulation game is out now will look into that instead
