I've been playing on console for the last few months and a couple weeks ago I started receiving error code 0 messages. I tried to follow instructions as given on a "solved " post for this issue stating I needed to restart. I tried deleting the local cache. I tried everything but in the end I lost 9 generations of progress. I tried again with a new family and now, after 5 generations, am experiencing the same issue. It appears from other message boards this is caused by a corrupt auto save (which is probably why it's not a thing on PC anymore), is there any way to override the auto save? Or is there another way to fix this issue?
