Expansion packs missing ps5

Game: Sims4

Console: PS5

First noticed: 19/11/2024 9:30pm

I opened the game and started to make new Sims but my City Living pack is missing. I went into my packs and it shows I’ve already purchased it but it won’t show in the game and the City Living world is missing too.

I’ve already restored licences etc but it’s still not showing and seems to be an issue with the new update.

Hi @Inkyosha ,

If you're were previously accessing City Living through PlayStation+ this is intended. The City Living DLC was removed from PlayStation+ and Island Living was added instead.

If you don't own City Living, you'll need to purchase it fully to continue playing with that content.
