Experiencing Crashing(Sims 4) PS4 Console

I’m getting so irritated my game keeps crashing every time I try to travel to different worlds/Lots this is so annoying I can’t enjoy my game this needs to be fixed asap I’m not one to complain but I can’t even play it’s also crashing when I use cheats to go into CAS 😩😠 can we get this resolved soon so I can play game I don’t know which update caused this but we gotta do something Sims is calling my name 🥺
