My sims 4 games is crashing on launch of the game. I keep get the xbox error of games taking to long to start . I have try closing and relaunch. Didnt work. Also have try restart my xbox and also didn't work. Can someone help. That would be great

I am having this problem to on Xbox. The only solution I have found is to literally uninstall the game and all of the add-ons, and then reinstall them. The game will then lunch for me. From that point I can usually do the “quick restart” Unless there is been new continent down loaded. If that is happened then I must go through the entire process of uninstalling and reinstalling I have made my own complained about this issue. EA does not seem to care about console users
