What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Eco lifestyle
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know. Fixing your game from robbing peoples money.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. I bought content and it’s taken the money and I’ve not got the pack, it says I have but no items or nothing are showing up.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the pack I just purchased. But instead it’s telling me I have it but it’s nowhere to be seen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I am so annoyed.
I have just purchased eco lifestyle on ps5, and it has taken the money from my wallet and the pack isn’t anywhere to be seen. When i check what packs I have, the pack is there but when I play the game there is no content no build or buy items no new town nothing at all. I have been completely robbed I’m so annoyed what am I supposed to do I don’t know how to even get in contact with EA. So now I’m stuck with no money no pack. Thanks EA for such a great perfect service. Not.

- Highlight the game on the dashboard/home screen
- Press the Options/Menu/Start button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Addons"
- Select "Install" on all the DLC you own for the Game that you want installed.
I should warn you, Eco Living and Snowy Escapes are broken on Console and have been for some time. I would advise against purchasing them until they are patched, as you can't use the packs. Eco Living has very bad landscape flickering and the Ski Slopes in Snowy Escapes don't work.

- @twebster97 i'm having the same problem with the The Sims+ Cats and Dogs bundle (cats and dogs wasnt showing until last month) , in game it appears that i have "cats n dogs" but i can't play it
I’m having the same problem I was literally using it yesterday and today the pack was gone it says I have it but it’s not showing up anymore 😡
Had the exact same problem and I have 8 freaking packs that say installed but they’re not showing up in my gameplay. It’s super annoying and I honestly have no idea what to do. I’ve deleted the game and redownloaded it like a thousand times. I bought the packs on PS4 then once I got a PS5 the packs just don’t show up at all and it’s bothering me so much! I honestly think I need to contact EA or something to get a refund but the issue is I purchased the packs through the PlayStation store so I highly doubt I’m going to get any money back.
- @KittyKat12345678 On your PS5, highlight the game on the dashboard, press the options button, then select "manage game content" to see all of your dlc that isn't installed when you transfered.
YES! I have so many packs, all I'm getting is the base game. My sims are bald and my saves are trashed.
I have tried ALL the troubleshooting in the threads.
I am on ps4 and this started 2 days ago
I hope they fix it or I'm really gonna have to be done with sims. Looking at putting xp on an old computer and playing the original complete collection.
