I’m having the EXACTTTT issue myself, I’ve uninstalled all of them and then the ones that weren’t showing up in my game they don’t even show up in my add ons anymore, I’m having this issue with the Seasons, Cats and Dogs, parenthood and Dine out. Smh they all were working a month ago wth.

This sounds like what's happened to my Discover University pack. It was there yesterday but it's been removed today. It's coincided with the May patch and with an Xbox update too. It says I own it but I can't even download it again. I even did a system reset on my Xbox one but still can't get my pack back.

I'm so fed up now, I only just lost my entire game thanks to error code 22 and now this. None of the fixes helped on the troubleshooting. I even checked with Microsoft support and they said to power cycle it and if that didn't work, to check forums.

The last time I lost packs it was when I bought 2 kits. That time I just downloaded them again but this time it's just refusing to download.

    If your packs have disappeared, it's usually because the purchasing account is no longer on your console or your console is not set to home on the purchasing account. All this is covered in the above linked thread.

      @PoptartJuniper Thanks for replying, I'd already checked that console feed before posting. Just like with save error 22 none of the fixes and tips here work. I'm starting to think is it my console specifically causing the problems but all I use it for is Sims and it's 3 years old. It's saying the pack is corrupted and won't install again. I'm going to try Microsoft support again. Cheers anyway

        @simsplayer818 In addition to this, after logging on again today I've lost 6 more packs that will now not download again.
