Ok everyone I got in touch with Sony and they helped me fix the problem I was having with my cottage living for PS4 .. if anyone is still having this problem I would be glad to share what I did that helped

I preordered the cottage living pack already. There's no download button on Playstation Store US.

    @lprennace16 When you go to The Sims 4 in your Games Library and select the option to download add-ons do you see it there?
